6 S.A.V.E.R.S For Life?

Try getting up a little earlier and doing the 6 S.A.V.E.R.S every morning. Every time you wake up in the morning:

  • Do you feel like life is meaningless?
  • Have you lost your goals and dreams?
  • Don’t know what to do?
  • Is life boring?
  • Are you feeling hopeless?

For lives that seem like dawn but darkness life S.A.V.E.R.S There are 6 ways to save life.

  • S – Silence (5 minutes)

Silence is required. After waking up at dawn, before doing anything, sit in bed and meditate quietly. Don’t think back to the past. Don’t worry about the future. Try living in the present moment for 5 minutes without thinking about anything. It will bring you peace of mind throughout the day.

  • A – Affirmation (3 minutes)

encouraging myself, Praise gives me a lot of strength to face the day. Once upon a time, the successes Imagine the joys. Believe that the coming days will definitely go well. Be proud of your existence and possessions.

  • V – Visualize (3 minutes)

Think of something you want to be today. Then imagine the time it happened. Then implement it today. Similarly, I want to be within a month. Think about what you want to be in a year and visualize it already. Willingness to try will appear.

  • E – Exercise (5 minutes)

  • R – Read (5 minutes)

Reading also nourishes the brain and heart. The knowledge necessary for life, It also provides the necessary strength for the mind. Try reading for 5 minutes every morning.

  • S – Scribe (4 minutes)
